We Read Everything
Contact LizzBet
Questions about a selection, a premium order or the way a bookmaker has treated you. All of it reaches us through the form below.
Before You Write
Choosing the right subject in the form matters more than it looks. It decides how quickly your message is read, and premium orders are handled first because someone is waiting on a delivery.
If you have paid for premium and your selections have not arrived, use the Premium Order subject and include the email address you paid with. That address is how we find your payment, and a different one slows everything down.
If a bookmaker has held a withdrawal, limited your account or behaved badly in any way, tell us. Reader reports are the most useful information we receive and they have changed positions on our list before, as our bookmaker page explains.
What to Expect
Premium Orders
Answered the same day wherever possible, and always before the next kick-off. If your selections have not arrived, write and we will resend them immediately.
General Questions
Usually answered within one working day. Questions about a specific selection or about how we settle a market are welcome and get a proper reply, not a template.
Bookmaker Reports
Read carefully and investigated. We cannot intervene in your account, since that contract is between you and the operator, but a pattern of reports changes what we publish.
Corrections
Acted on quickly. If you spot a mistyped score, a wrong price or a factual error anywhere on the site, we would rather hear it from you than leave it standing.
Two Things We Cannot Help With
We do not have access to your betting account at any operator. Deposits, withdrawals, bonus disputes, verification problems and account closures all sit between you and the bookmaker, and only their support can resolve them. Tell us anyway, because it informs what we publish, but contact the operator first if you want it fixed.
We also do not give individual betting advice by email. The selections we publish are the same for everyone, and we are not in a position to tell you what to stake, how much to deposit or whether a particular bet suits your circumstances. If betting has stopped being enjoyable, our responsible gambling page lists services that can help.
18+ Only. Betting carries financial risk and is not a route to reliable income. Never stake money you cannot afford to lose. If gambling is causing you harm, support is available through BeGambleAware and similar services in your country.
