Your Data

Privacy Policy

What LizzBet collects, why it collects it, who else is involved and how you can control any of it.

What We Collect

LizzBet does not require an account to read anything, and we do not ask for personal information to access our selections. What we do collect falls into two groups: information you give us deliberately, and technical information your browser sends automatically.

If you contact us, we receive whatever you include in that message, typically an email address and the content of your enquiry. We keep it only as long as needed to answer you and to handle any follow up. Technical data includes your IP address, browser and device type, the pages you visit and the site you arrived from. This is standard for every website and is used to understand traffic patterns rather than to identify individuals.

Cookies

Cookies are small files stored by your browser. Essential cookies keep the site working, remember your cookie preferences and support basic security. These cannot be switched off without breaking functionality.

Analytics cookies help us see which pages are read and where visitors leave, in aggregate. Affiliate tracking cookies record that a visit to an operator came from this site, which is how commission is attributed. Neither category is set until you accept them, and you can decline both through the consent banner or clear them at any time in your browser settings.

Third Parties

Some services process data on our behalf or on their own account. Our hosting provider stores server logs. Analytics software processes aggregated usage data. Betting operators receive a referral identifier when you follow a commercial link, and our affiliate disclosure explains that arrangement.

Once you leave LizzBet for an operator’s website, their privacy policy governs everything that happens next, including any account you open. We do not receive your name, your account details, your deposits or your betting activity, and we have no access to your account at any operator.

Your Rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to ask what personal data we hold about you, to have it corrected, to have it deleted, to object to how it is used, or to receive a copy of it. If you are in the European Union or the United Kingdom, these rights are set out in data protection law and apply regardless of anything on this page.

To exercise any of them, contact us through the contact page. We will respond within the period required by the law that applies to you. If you are unhappy with our response, you may complain to your national data protection authority.

Security, Children and Changes

We take reasonable measures to protect the limited data we hold, though no website can promise absolute security. This site is intended for adults and we do not knowingly collect data from anyone under eighteen. If you believe a minor has sent us personal information, contact us and we will delete it.

This policy may be updated as the site develops or as the law changes. It was last revised in August 2026.
